To join L9GA, please complete the following application. All fields are required except ‘Additional Note’. Your membership will not be completed until your first year’s dues are paid. Payment must be made by personal check made out to “L9GA” and delivered by mail or tube to: 4 Pine Shadow Court. Payment amount is $44, or $22 if joining after May 31.
NOTE: The index requested below must be a Landings Club handicap index. If you have not transferred your handicap index from your prior club, you must do so before applying. Any of the Landings Club pros will be able to assist in transferring your handicap index.
