The L9GA invites female golf members of the Landings Club with an 18-Hole handicap index of 60 or less to join our group. Currently, we have members with a range of ability, from those new to competitive play to those who are also members of the 18-hole Landings Women’s Golf Association.
We have flighted play days each Thursday morning with a variety of fun and competitive formats. We rotate courses weekly and play the back 9 holes with all players preassigned their beginning hole. Check-in begins at 8:15am and play begins at 9am (10 am January and February). All are invited to stay for a casual lunch following play at the course clubhouse. In addition, we hold 3 sit down luncheons a year and have “Invite a Friend” play days.
Each spring we host our own Member-Member and Member-Guest tournaments. All members are invited and encouraged to participate. We are proud to sponsor our annual charity tournament in October, The L9GA Kids Cafe Golf Tournament: Together FORE The Kids, that benefits Kids Cafe, the children’s feeding program of America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia.
